Rochelle Randel - Poem

No Face

I saw a man with no face,
There were shoes, I'm sure,
And arms that waved about,
There was quite a sense of motion,
And a flurry of activity in the vicinity around him.

Perhaps I didn't look carefully enough,
Or a wisp of air passed my eyes,
And blotted out that particular orb
Where eyes, and nose and mouth
Most usually reside.
