Neil Kennedy - Poem

Pressurebuilder

Not pressuring in any traditional sense.
Tightly coiled
hints of kineticism killwilling, softly
willkilling, with a floodgate's peaceless

potential.

Call it patient. Which it's.
Forever makes for a soft, slow undefeat.
Indefatiguable. Graceful, accepting gifts
raped from their rightfuls. Nonviolent
taker, taking the time. Unfulfilled
and willfilled and

lifelong - bone deep and comfortable,
hinting, inhibiting lover, inhabiting my love.

Eyes lock. Load. Wait. Weightful
and full of consequence silence,
Pressurebuilder
gets its way, gets away.
