Issue 16, March 1998
Editor's Desk
Well, well.
Let me first send a big thanks to the fine folks at Project Cool
for naming Gravity their sighting for February 18. In the thirty-six hours that followed the announcement on
their site, there were about 2,000 hits from new readers to the journal. As of today (the 22nd),
if Web Counter is to be believed, Gravity has doubled the number of readers we had garnered in a year and a half
of publishing previous to the PC award.
Thanks also to Gravity's readers, who make this worthwhile, and to the contributors who make it
possible.
Of special note for 16 - Krist Bronstad's "Boy by Boy", Perry Thompson's "Occam's Razor", the burst of color
in Fanny-Min Becker's "We Are Not Blind", Michael McNeilley's "for grace" and Philip Hyams' "Numbers
from the Past".
Enjoy!
